Etsy Store Up and Running

For all the things I love, vintage is the one thing that can get my heart beating and racing.

I love the thrill of the hunt! I love the idea of finding something unique. It doesn't matter if it doesn't fit me, I can't walk away from it.

That is how I felt about these shoes! They are way to big for me but I LOVE them! They are listed in the up and running Etsy store!

You can find them by here!

Getting things ready!

I am in the mist of getting things ready for our very first booth at the Vintage Fair next month. YEAH!
The plan is to have vintage clothing and our Tee Line ready to make it's debut at the Buchanan's Vintage Market. It is held every month at the Oklahoma State Fair Grounds. According to Buchanan's website, this month market originated in 1980 and has grown to be one of the finest and most respected antique/vintage markets in the state of Oklahoma. The market is visited by thousands of customers each month.

We will have tons of vintage goodies at the booth! Come and get yourself ready for winter with vintage wool coats, scarf-T's, vintage sweaters, retro dress and much more!

Lovin' A Bargin!

I love, love, love... did I say love? To go Thrifting. I have been visiting local thrift stores since I was in high school. I love the hunt, the digging and the excitement of finding something unique and vintage.

Yes some of them smell and yes some of them are starting to mark their clothing too high, but you can still find some major bargains and great stuff.

Right now my favorite place is Value Village they have great sales and calendar for the sales. I went in today and found my next sewing project, a great vintage gown, 4 t-shirts to make into scarf-T's, one velvet skirt, 3 pillowcases, 1 milk glass vase, two men's ties and one retro pillow sham for just under $12.00. WOW......
